Eco Infinity Pvt. Ltd., the authorized distributor of NIU e-Scooters in Nepal, has launched the utilitarian-focused NIU UQim moped in the Nepalese market at a price of Rs 1.45 Lakh.Powering the NIU UQim is a 48V16Ah Panasonic battery that generates a motor power of 350W with 600W 30mins continuous output. The electric scooter gets a top speed of 32 km/h and a range of 30 km. The NIU UQim electric moped gets an LED headlight/talilight/brakelight, and LCD dashboard. The battery has an average charging time of 5 hours.
The electric moped comes with a seat height of 700mm and a ground clearance of 160mm. It measures 1.598mm in length, 1.051mm in height, and 729mm in height. Gross weight stands at 147 kg including the payload. Likewise, braking duties are provided by a disc/drum combo.The NIU UQim joins the NIU NQi, NQi-GT, MQi+, and Gova 03 in NIU Nepal's lineup.
